The Cure Vitamin Collagen Essence Mask

by Anna Nuttall

In my never ending quest on finding the cure to my bad skin day, I picked up this: The Cure Vitamin Collagen Essence Mask.

What a girl to do when she is having a bad skin day? Wasn’t it Shakespeare who said, ‘out damn spot, out I say’? Indeed, out damn spot, I don’t want you on my face. Be gone.

A couple days ago I popped into my local TK Maxx and I found myself looking round the beauty section. It well worth looking round their beauty section as you often will find products that you can’t buy anywhere else.

For example, this The Cure Vitamin Collagen Essence Mark. I picked up this as I never seen it before and it might just be the thing I need for my bad skin day.

Let me tell you a little about it:

The Cure, quality care.

Formulated with a special blend of vitamins provide an instant boost to the skin, brightening its overall tone while supplying it with plethora of nutrients. For all skin types.

The packaging is in both Chinese and English, making me think this was perhaps imported. But no matter. I’m still very keen to try this out.

Here is me before applying the mask. Just had a steamy shower so I thought now would be the best time to try it out. Yes, I’m hiding my face, as trust me you don’t want to see my big red angry face – particular round the chin area.

What you do with this mask is, cleanse thoroughly before hand and perhaps add some toner as well. Removed the pre-soaked mask from the packet and then gently unfold it. And then apply to face. Keep on for 15-20 minutes.

This isn’t a creamy mask where you have to apply to it by hand. But this is a cotton full face mask that has the creamy solution already on it.

When taking out the mask, before care not to snip the mask. Also this feel quite cooled to touch and you can feel the solution on the mask. This doesn’t feel sticky but it might be a good idea to use this over a bathroom sink.

And this is me, with the mask on. Don’t laugh. I had the giggles when applying this on as Richard kept saying I look like Hannibal or a serial killer. Charming.

The mask itself was easy to put on and you need to carefully aligned the mouth and eyes hole to your face. The mask was a little bit big for me but it still worked fine for me. Pat the mask down making sure it on the skin and there is no air bubble.

Do what you have to do for 15-20 mins. You don’t need to worry as the mask just feel very cooling to have on the face.  Yes, you do get a little bit of the solution on the hand but it isn’t sticky so feel free to apply this on other part of the body.

After using this, I couldn’t see a different so I went to bed and let it do the magic throughout the night.

I woke up and notice that my face has calmed down enormously. So I can show my face. Still a problem area round the chin. But my face looks a less angry and red.

So overall, does the The Cure Vitamin Collagen Essence Mask work?  Yes, I feel it does. It has helped my face cleared up a little – well made it less angry. My skin feels smooth and soft. It also has given my face a certain brightening.

I’m pleased with this and I’m going to see if I can buy some more online. The Cure Vitamin Collagen Essence Mask is well-worth trying out. Hopefully you can find it in your local TK-Maxx store.

I love using face masks, but sometimes they don’t love me. My face is so sensitive that it has been difficult for me to find one that doesn’t aggravate my skin. Great product review!
