I’m currently feeling rubbish with myself, but as it self-care week – now is a good time to start looking after myself a little more. So let me show you my top 5 self-care blog posts so you can get start feeling good about yourself.
Yes, I currently have the flu. Oh my god, it is bad. I’m practically death warmed up. It has been a really long time since I had the flu. I’m generally am a healthy person who is rarely ill. Ok so I might have a minor cold here and there – but generally, I’m usually good all years round.
Not this time, I feel completely rubbish right now. However, when you are ill – it does give you an excuse to do a little TLC to yourself, a little self-care.
The kind of self-care where you really do look after yourself a lot more closely. I’m not just talking about typical spa-related pampering, but maybe looking at what you are eating, how you are feeling emotionally, etc.
Which me, feeling like crap right now and my emotionally need is chocolate.
Ok maybe, not the message I should be sending right now. But seriously taking time out has given me a chance to do some proper self-care. And I have to say; it seriously is working wonderfully.
