Over time I have accumulated a lot of beauty products. I do try to save them for a blog posts but more often than not, I ended up not featuring them on here and it get left in my drawers. So here are my random beauty products reviews.
If only you all can see the state of my dressing table drawers, it like my own beauty store. Forget Sephora, it Annahora, ok lame joke. But in all seriousness I seriously could very well open up my own beauty store.
The thing is I have accumulated a lot of beauty sample products, which suit me as I don’t have to use the full size package. And I often think to myself that I will leave it aside for a blog reviews post. But do I – nope; I tend to forget about it. Typical.
My beauty collections just keep growing and growing to the point now where its overflowing and taken over my dressing table. So I decided this week to stop my collection latterly taking over my dressing table and actually start to use those beauty products that I kept putting aside. And use them for a blog post.
So here are some random beauty products reviews. These mostly contains serums, polish and facial mask.
Oskia London Renaissance Mask
The Oskia Renaissance Mask is a nutri-active radiance, brightening and resurfacing mask. This is suitable for all skin type This mask smells a mixture of passionfruit’s and roses, which isn’t too strong when applying. But the smell does linger a little long after usage. This is applied to dry skin and to leave on for 10 – 20 minutes. This promised to give me immediate spa fresh results and to leave my skin smooths.
So does it live up to it promises? Yes, it does and almost immediately I did notice spa fresh result and my skin felt smoother and brighter.
I like this little cream but with a price tag of nearly £50, I might have to make sure my little sample will last for a long time.
Amie Deep Pore Exfoliating Polish is a deep cleansing treatment that work deep-down into pores to lift away dirt, oil and impurities, revealing clearer, smoothing skin. This smell of mango and orange blossom is another refreshing blend that isn’t too strong and doesn’t linger. This promised to help tone and refresh oily and combination skin. So does it?
This really does sink into the skin instantly and I did notice my skin looking fresher and brighter. However, at the time of usage I wasn’t really having problematic skin. My skin also felt soft and smooth.
A nice little cream at a reasonable price. I will be buying this again.
A luxurious, high performance concentrate to target the signs of ageing, improve the appearance of fine lines, even skin tone and hydrate. I didn’t notice any smell, it just smelt like…cream. Now recently I’ve been getting a lot of anti-aging serums products sent to me, I’m sure someone somewhere is trying tell me something.
I want to say that yes I did notice this serums targeting my anti-aging lines, but truthfully I didn’t. My skin did feel hydrated and smoother. But nope those fine lines I have under my eyes are still there. It easily absorbs into the skin and leave no greasy mark.
Overall a nice little serum that would work well for dry skin.
An ultra-sensorial shower oil which gently cleanses, leaves a satin finish and a delicate fragrance for a moment of pure pleasure. This doesn’t have a fragrant smell and it something you don’t notice when applying this. I personally think this smell of almond oil.
I have a dry itchy rash on the side of my body, been having it for years. Don’t worry I already had it checked out so no need for alarm. But I found this shower oil moisture deep down in that area of my body after application. Leaving it all smooth, soft and not itchy.
A luxurious shower oil that hydrate and comfort the skin. It made my skin soft and smooth. A very nice shower oil that I will be using again.
Inspired by the naturally radiant beauty of florals, Origins new Flower Fusion Sheet Masks provide an instant boost of rose-like radiance and dewy moisture. Recently I have become a bit of a fan of mask sheet. I was impressed with The Cure sheet mask, so I was sure I would love this. Plus, this is from Origins and I love their cream.
When putting on the mask you do get the smell of orange but it not noticeable once on face and it isn’t strong at all. Leave the mask for 10 minutes. I did look like something out of Texas chainsaw massacre. After 10 minutes wash your face and finish up your normal skincare routine.
Now as always on here. I will be honest and tell you exactly my result. I would never lie or be dishonest on here. 5 minutes after usages this made my skin feel hot and my face went bright red. It went as bright as a beetroot and feel really burning hot. I had to cool my face down with cold water and wait for the redness to died down. My only thought was that I must had an allergic reaction to the sheet mask. My face did not like this and I will not be touching this again in a millions years.
I don’t recommend this and if I was you, try other sheet mask.
Light cream, cools and relaxes to relieve stress or tiredness. Combines the refreshing effect of Chinese Peppermint with the softening action of Yi Yi Ren.
Lately I have been having the biggest craze for all Rituals products, I am seriously obsessed with them at the moment. After the drama of my last products, I was hoping for good result.
There no squeezing the tube trying to get the cream out, it simple work by rolling it onto the face. I thought that was brilliant idea as it leaves no mess behind. You do get the smell of peppermint but it so refreshing and isn’t strong at all. Sink instantly into the skin and work straight away.
This is a lovely serum to have in handbag when you need a pick-me-up or need a quick facial refresher. Oh Rituals, in my book you can do no wrong!
Those were my random beauty products reviews. Let me know if you try any of these out.
