Hair

From Blonde to Red Hair

I change my hair colour today, from blonde which some of you might know I did this last year to a nice berry red colour, taadaa..
Why did I do it? I so prefer having my hair colour red to a blonde, it suit my skin tone better and if I’m honest I think it’s red hair hair who have more fun than blonde, but that’s my opinion. I have always coloured my hair red since I was teen, I cooled off in my twenties as the company I work for have a very strict code on colour hair but I think this colour would meet their approval, if not its only semi-permanent so it not going to last forever. I have a very pale pasty skin tone so a little red always brighten up my skin and give my hair added warmth.
I used L’oreal Paris casting creme gloss berry red which I 100% would recommend, it covered up my blonde perfectly (no orange colour which I feared might happen), easiest application ever and make my hair smell and feel so soft and lovely. If you like to me to do a complete review then please let me know and I be happy to.
So tell me you guys, do you dig the new red hair? I’m loving the colour, I can’t stop looking in the mirror and my husband been complimenting me all evening so that a bonus result.
In other news, I baked a successful cake, a cake that didn’t burn or tasted funny when eating. A chocolate and orange swirl cake adapted from a recipe from Betty Crocker, I will do the recipe next time so stay tune for that.
P.S: Thank you lovely lots for joining me on bloglovin, if you hasn’t yet, what are you waiting for?
