Healthy Life | A Brief Guide on Healing Foods

Oh foods glorious foods – where would we be without it? Here is a brief guide on healing foods.

Oh foods, it’s the lifeline of our life. Seriously, where would we be without it? I don’t know about you – but I love my foods. Over the years, I really taken up with cooking a lot more. Partly as it fun to learn and try out new recipes, but it also could be that my taste bud is expanding and I like to try out new dishes. Like recently, I taught myself how to make cottage pie – which I was so proud of. It not actually such a hard recipe to do.

Anyway so I have been cooking up a storm. I also have also been learning about individual foods nutrition value and how each ingredient is overall good for my health. Well I’m not getting any younger am I? I so wish I can turn back the clock and be young again and eat chips all day long.

Recently I have been reading Neal’s Yard Healing Foods Book to help me learn all about foods nutrition value. It an amazing resource this book as it will tell you how every ingredient can be either healing for your body – or what will just be overall bad for your health.

I thought I would show you a brief guide on healing foods and which each ingredients are good for your body and health. I’m only going to show you the basic of each ingredients, to learn more then you will need to pick up the book.
