Pink Nails Polish |Why you need to paint your nails Pink this spring

Carrying on with the pink theme from last week. I thought this time I will tell you why you need to paint your nails pink this spring.

Pink is a big trend this spring/summer, so why not embraced it? Go toe to toe pink and yes that does include painting your nails pink.  Be brave, be bold and wear pink nails polish.

For us girls, who doesn’t love pink nails polish? It wonderfully girlie and it can also be a very chic and sophisticated. If it works for Elle Wood – I can’t see why it wouldn’t work on us.

Off course very often when you think about pink nails polish, you think of baby pink. But the colour pink does come in a variety of colours, for example there is bubblegum pink, fuscia, hot pink, rouge and magenta. So there is a shade of pink for everyone. There are no excuses on why you can’t wear pink nails polish this spring.

To give you a helping hand, I have pick 3 pink nails polish that will rock your world. Ok not completely your world, but will rock the pink trend this season.

Take a look at my choices and tell me in the comments on which pink nails polish you like the best. Which one would you pick? (From left – right in the pictures.)

(Also I don’t have steady hand when applying on nails polish so please excuse the mess around the nails.)

Maybelline Super Stay 7 Days Flushed Pink 120

This one was really runny and often required about 6 layer of nails polish before it would show up. The colour was more bubble gum then baby pink. It also didn’t dry very quickly. I would only use this if you are looking for a bubble gum pink nails polish.

Essie Muchi 17

This was another runny one and took about 6-7 layer of nails polish for it show up. From the photo it looks baby pink but in actual fact it was more white then pink. I wasn’t impress with this one.

BarryM Speedy Quick Dry Kiss Me Quick 636

We have a winner. This is beautifully pink and it required no more then 3-4 layer of nails polish before it would show up. This pink nails polish dry very quickly and look so pretty once it on. A very bright pink colour with this one as well.

So next time you are at your drugstore or at a beauty counter – make sure to pick up some pink nails polish.

I like the first one best but don’t really have time for that many coats! And you mentioned it didn’t dry fast…I like the ones that dry quickly. Alternately, I use a quick dry top coat (but you still have to worry about smudging). Pretty colors!

I always love pastel colors for spring. I go back and forth between light pink, lavender, and a pastel blue.

I tend to go for more of a bold reddish pink to hot pink colors. But your right blush pinks are great for spring! Going to switch it up
