The Last of the Oasis Summer Dresses

Oasis summer dresses

September is nearly upon us and we have to say goodbye to all the pretty summer dresses. So here are the last of the Oasis summer dresses.

Judging by the fact I complained in June about how hot summer is and how much I just hate summer, overall summer this year hasn’t been too bad. I mean there was a couple days in July and early August I had to reach for my big sweater as I actually felt cold. I know that really weird, isn’t it? What I’m saying is that summer this year hasn’t been one big long heatwave and we actually had what I consider ‘ok temperature’. Thank god as I’m sure you wouldn’t want me complaining all summer long how hot it has been.

But once again summer will be over for another year and we soon we will be are in autumn. Now, this is such a contrast as I bloody love autumn and I find myself not being able to stop raving about it. Autumn for me is hot chocolate, crunchy leaves, cosy sweater and rainy days.

Despite all that, we still coming to the end of the summer season and for me, one of the best thing about the end of summer is the sale. At the end of August, all shops start their summer end sale and that when I can pick up some good bargains.

Kind of what happens when I picked up these gorgeous Oasis summer dresses. There I was one day, out shopping and minding my own business and I thought I would pop into my local Oasis store to look at their sale. 10 minutes later I walked out with 3 Oasis summer dresses thinking I got the bargain of the century. All dresses were reduced to £15 from £49. I felt like I was some kind of shopping money saving expert here and while I’m not particularly good at math, even I could see that made money mathematical sense.

It was love at first sight with these Oasis summer dresses. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect yellow summer dress, so when I saw the yellow dress it just fates. The same with the butterfly dress and the blue floral print, it was just destiny and the gods that day just smiled upon me.

My excuses for me buying them, despite being the bargain of the century was that they will do for next summer and I have next year summer dresses sorted. You see, I have it all figured out. Logical sense.

So while they might be the last of the summer Oasis dress for this year, I’m completely sorted for next year summer.

Let me know which dress you love the most and which one I should wear for next year. Oasis sale is still going on, so pick up the last of the Oasis summer dresses while you still can.

such nice dresses, Oasis is one of my fave shops and they really reduce the clothing a lot in the sale, also the bags!.
I think any of those dresses can be worn with tights and a cardigan to take you into the cooler weather (which i confess i am loving)
also I see you are about to write a book , how exciting can’t wait to know what it will be about. Im glad you are not writing a book about blogging as I am not a blogger and would find that a dull read plus there are so many books like that to buy that i doubt unless they are that amazing that they sell all that well.
I read a blog by a girl called Amber and see she just wrote a blogging book, I like her posts ok but would not buy the book, I do wonder sometimes if I should blog actually as after reading the girl Ambers blog i realised even someone with quite a boring life who never seems to leave the house can blog maybe I could as my life is much more full and interesting than hers, I have seen some people just literally blog about their home! mind you perhaps its just a hobby for them and they don’t make a living from it, no idea x
